From the car park, head straight down the track into the woods and continue on this track for 1km.
500m along this track there is a turning to the left. (1) If you want a shorter walk turn left and left again once reaching the next track. (2)
After 1km the forest opens up with views across to the Balloch’s. The track continues and loops around to the left, (3) turning grassy and narrower as it goes along.
Follow this to the end and turn right to take you back to the car park.
The walk/cycle can easily be extended. Other tracks are visible on the map.
Route Summary
A short circular walk, on a broad forest track though Tarryblake wood. Car parking for around 4 cars at the entrance to Tarryblake.
